Owner Robert "Bob" Rosendahl is a fifth-generation home builder. Bob founded Rosendahl Properties and Construction, formerly TMR Homes, in 1997 after years of working with various family members in the construction industry. Bob is committed to upholding his family's reputation for using the best building methods and materials.

At its inception, RPC focused on building investment properties. In 2002, RPC expanded the business to include the residential home construction market.
