Rae Ribadeneira, President and CEO.
Rae Ribadeneira has had vast experience as a designer and business manager. Born in Scotland, she immigrated to the United States in 1968 after her marriage to her husband Hugo. Rae also owns and operates Rae’s Interiors, a design firm that assists RPC in the development of properties.

Rae has owned and successfully operated several other businesses such as clothing and lingerie stores. She has an insurance license for the State Of Arizona. Rae is the principal shareholder of RPC.

Michelle Ribadeneira, Vice-President and Sales Manager.
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis.

Michelle manages Real Estate sales and is the liaison between the company and realtors. She also manages the general contractors and their subcontractors. Michelle is a shareholder of RPC

Michelle has her Arizona Realtor’s license. She is Licensed through Re/Max at the Ridge, 4045 E. Union Hills, Suite 106, Phoenix, AZ 85050.

Dr. Hugo E. Ribadeneira General Manager.
As RPC’s Operations Manager, Hugo is involved in the accounting, financing, structuring and day-to-day operations of the company.

Hugo served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era. His specialization was Precision Electronic Systems. After 5 ½ years he was honorably discharged. He continued his studies at the University of Tulsa, OK, where he earned his Bachelor in Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering. He earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1983. At La Salle University, he earned a Juris Doctor Degree (General Law) and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree. Graduating from Washington School of Law with an LL.M (Masters of Law, Taxation with Honors) and his Doctor of Juridical Sciences (Taxation with Honors), Hugo was also an adjunct professor.

Hugo has published five books and has been a guest speaker at many seminars and conventions around the world. Hugo has over 20 years experience in real estate development having been involved in many multi-million commercial and residential projects over the last two decades.

William Ribadeneria, Construction Supervisor
William manages the daily operations of Real Estate Development including coordination of general contractors, subcontractors, as well as the establishment of new sources to accomplish the company’s goals.

Ed Ribadeneira, a principal of this firm is a shareholder of RPC as well as its legal counsel. Ed has been involved in Real Estate law since he began his practice over 8 years ago.
